Who we are and how we earn

ListItFSBO is an education site for homeowners who are thinking about selling without a traditional listing agent. We publish plain-English guides, calculators and checklists, and we say plainly when selling on your own is the wrong call.

We are not a listing service, we do not take a cut of your sale, and we are not trying to talk you out of using an agent.

Some of the services we recommend pay us a commission or referral fee if you sign up through our link. This costs you nothing extra. We mark affiliate links where they appear, and a commission never changes what we say about a service.

We may also accept advertising, which appears only on the Advertising page and is labeled as such.
